Chief Executive Officer
Prapharat has more than 20 years of Thai and international working experience in financial institutions, hospitality, coal mining and the solar power business. From 1990 to 2005, Prapharat developed her career as a research analyst focusing on utilities and hotel businesses. She worked with HSBC Securities, BNP Paribas Securities and United Securities PLC. Her experiences developed further in the corporate sector at Banpu PLC and Minor International PLC where she was a senior finance director for nearly 10 years. Prapharat was a member of the Board of Directors for BBL Assets Management from 1997-1998, and LionPort Capital Pte. of Singapore in 2012.
In 2010, Prapharat joined Thai Solar Energy PLC as a CFO, when Thailand started implementing solar power under the government subsidized Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) scheme. In June 2014, she became the CFO of Impact Electrons Siam where she successfully increased the company’s capital from THB 4m to THB 1,245m in early 2015. She is the founder of Nortis Group of Companies and became the Group CEO later in 2015.
Prapharat graduated from Chulalongkorn University with a Bachelor of Economics in 1989. She completed her MBA at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio in the United States of America in 1993.

Jesada Sophonpanich Yangpichit
Jesada has gained over 15 years of experience in various industries. He started out in human resources consulting at Ernst & Young. Then he moved into CRM and Sales & Marketing with Virgin Radio and RS Promotions PLC. In 2007, Jesada became partner of Keypoint Recruitment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ernst & Young.
Since 2011, he has been part of a new venture which involves the manufacturing of flexible packaging. The company, Plastissimo Film, is now the leader in the production of multi-layer film in South East Asia, supplying it to countries including Thailand, Indonesia and Australia. Clients include PepsiCo, CPF and Betagro. Jesada’s experience and interests in industries ranging from publishing and human resources to finance and manufacturing, allow him to understand the needs of a new business well.

SVP Corporate Finance and Business Development
Onuma obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Faculty of Commerce with Honors from Thammasat University in 2009. Right after graduation, she started her career as a Project Analyst for the Natural Energy Development Company Limited (“NED”). NED was jointly owned by Mitsubishi Group, China Lights Power (HK) and Electricity Generating PLC. It was one of the first mega solar projects in Thailand and the largest of its kind in South East Asia, with a combined capacity 84 MW when it started operating.
When NED was dissolved in 2012, Onuma moved on to develop solar and wind power projects overseas with the newly formed Impact Electrons Siam Co., Ltd. (IES). She held several important roles in Japan, and handled project development, financing and commercial management. Her most recent success was when she secured financing for a 2.5 MW solar rooftop project that sold energy to the Metropolitan Electricity Authority in 2015. Later that year, Onuma decided to join Nortis Group as one of the key founding partners.

Sarawut has over 15 years of experience working for oil & gas, renewable and especially solar projects throughout Thailand. During his career, he has developed over 100MW solar power plants and rooftop projects from greenfield to development, operation and management. His most recent assignment over the past five years was with Thai Solar Energy PLC. He contributed to the development of a 5MW DSG solar thermal power plant, 80MWac PV solar plants and 14MWdc rooftop projects.
His other roles included pre-engineering functions along with cost budgeting, project feasibility, preparation of engineering and management reports for solar projects.
Sarawut graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Mahanakorn University of Technology in 2003. In 2016 he joined Nortis Group as Vice President–Engineering.

Bandith graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering (Electrical Engineer) from Khon Kaen University in 2006. After graduating, he started his career by installing electrical systems in Mitr Phol Laos, Suvannakhet, Laos, Magotteaux, Saraburi and Millennium Resort Phuket. In 2010, He changed his main focus to engineering and consulting with concentration on electrical and communication system design.
Since 2012, he was part of the 8MWac Photovoltaic project, Nakhon Ratchasima, the 8MWac Thai Solar Energy site Bor-Phloi, Kanchanaburi and the 8MWac Thai Solar Energy site Sam Chuk Suphanburi. He also worked on the 1MWp TSE solar rooftop project at HomePro Phrea and Nakhon Sawan and 3x6 MWp COE Sai Yok Kanchanaburi. In 2016 he joined Nortis Group as Assistant Vice President of Engineering.
